E-File & Pay Enrollment Instructions

Some agencies require you to enroll in their electronic filing and payment programs before you can submit an electronic form or payment from within QuickBooks. Select a state or agency, review the detailed enrollment information and follow the step-by-step instructions.

QuickBooks cannot track or verify enrollment status with the agency. Please verify your enrollment is complete before you try to submit an electronic form or payment from QuickBooks.

E-File & Pay requires QuickBooks 2007 or above, an active Enhanced Payroll subscription, activation and internet access. E-File & Pay is available for selected federal and state payroll tax forms and payments.
