Exchanging or returning a product All QuickBooks products have an unconditional 60-day money back
satisfaction guarantee. This policy does not apply to any Intuit
resource guides, education/lab packs,
and bulk software orders. You may return
these product(s) to Intuit for any reason within this time frame
and receive a full refund of their purchase price. Once the product
falls outside of the defined 60-day satisfaction guarantee period,
Intuit cannot guarantee that the product refund will be honored.
The 60-day satisfaction guarantee is defined as follows for the
aforementioned Intuit products: Direct Orders:
If the product is purchased directly from Intuit via the web, mail,
or over the phone (click here for Electronically
Delivered Products), you have 60 days from the product's physical
ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee.
You must include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible
for a refund. Retail Purchases:
If the product was purchased from a retail outlet and the retailer
will not accept the product return, you may return the product to
Intuit within 60 days from the purchase date to be eligible for
a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must furnish a copy
of the retail purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. *For direct order and retail purchases, the product must be returned
to Intuit's Distribution Center and postmarked 60 days from the
specific ship date in order to eligible for a refund. All physical
components of the product must be included with the return. This
includes the manual, CD-ROM, disk(s), and a copy of the packing
slip if the product was ordered directly from Intuit or a copy of
the receipt if purchased at retail. Intuit recommends that the return
be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by
U.S. Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return
receipt mail. Intuit is not responsible for lost mail that is not
received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees

You have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product
downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered
Intuit media. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are
not required to send anything back to the Returns Department. Refunds
for electronically delivered QuickBooks can be requested online
by submitting a refund
request form. You may also contact the QuickBooks customer service
department via telephone at (888) 246-8848 from 6 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Pacific Time (Monday - Friday).
Policy for Education Packs, Resource Guides, and Bulk Software
Orders: Education/Lab Packs: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Lab Pack purchases.
You may return education/lab packs only if they have not been opened.
They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange.
Lab packs may be exchanged if the wrong platform was ordered/received.
Instructor's Resource Guides: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Resource Guide
purchases. You may return resource guides only if they have not
been opened. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund
or exchange. Resource guides may be exchanged if the wrong item
was ordered/received. Bulk Software Orders:
Bulk software orders are orders of twenty or more individual Quicken
or TurboTax products. There is no 60-day money back guarantee for
