Changing or canceling an order

Prior tochanging orcancelingyour order, visit our Order Statussite to look up its shipping status. Please be aware that we are unable to cancel or change orders that have already shipped or are in the process of shipping.

If your order displays a shipping status of "in warehouse," "processing for shipment," or "shipped", please see Exchange or return a productfor return instructions. Otherwise, visit our Contact Center to submit an online request.
